Every Scout Deserves a Trained Leader

Need to know what are the requirements to be trained for your unit leadership role? This sheet explains the training requirements for all unit-level leaders.

A login is required, but anyone may create a user account and view the courses.  Registered members of the BSA may provide their member numbers (as part of the user profile) to receive credit.  If you already had a myscouting.org account, your sign in information is the same for my.scouting.org


Council 100% Position-Trained Policy
Read about the council's policy  toward the goal that all of our leaders are trained in their positions, with a primary focus on Youth Protection Training (YPT).

General Training

Wilderness First aid

BLENDED WILDERNESS FIRST AID CERTIFICATION
This course requires the student to complete prerequisites. Designed for those who need more flexibility, this blended learning course combines both in-person and online coursework for a total time commitment of 6 hours in-person and 8 hours of online work. The certificate includes both Wilderness First Aid and CPR/AED.
