Do you support Scouting?
Have you planned for Scouting's future?

Donors like you can make a gift to support Scouting in the now and later when you are no longer able to give.
A few options are shared below.

ENDOWMENT GIFTS
--James E. West Fellowship--

Picture
Gifts to your Colonial Virginia Council endowment allow us to grow our financial resources so that we can serve local scouts for many years to come.

An endowment works by utilizing a percentage of the annual interest earned on all endowed assets as a means to help fund the operating costs of your Council, special projects which may have been designated by a donor, or other means to support local Scouting.

All donors are encouraged to make a gift to the Council Endowment on top of their annual gift at least once, to help ensure the longevity and memory of their support.

Any donor which makes a gift of at least $1,000 to their Council Endowment are recognized as James E. West Fellows and may be further recognized based upon the level of their gift.

Click on the buttons below to learn more about giving to your council endowment and then contact a member of your Council Staff to learn how to make your gift today.
