The Colonial Virginia Council, BSA is the largest youth organization on the Peninsula and in the Southside of Virginia; serving the communities of: Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, Suffolk, Williamsburg, Franklin, Emporia, and the counties of Gloucester, Matthews, York, James City, Surry, Isle of Wight, Southampton, Greensville, Susses, and Brunswick.
