Are You Tougher Than a Scout? is a free, action-packed community event where you can test your creativity, teamwork, strength, and outdoor skills.

What To ExpectParticipants will take on a variety of hands-on challenges designed for different age groups. This event is open to military families and the general public; boys and girls are welcome.
Ages 5-10: Get a taste of Scouting through fun, hands-on activities including: Pinewood Derby, Crafts, Obstacle Course, Stomp Rockets, And More!
Ages 11-20: Put your Scout skills and grit to the test with 10 challenging stations, competing in buddy teams and earning points on a live leaderboard.
Participants can register early online or on-site the day of the event. Participants that register by October 17th will receive a free gift.

Military Fee Waiver
The purpose of this event is to promote Scouting throughout our community, with a special focus on military families. It also celebrates Scouting America’s decision to waive the $85 national youth registration fee for all active-duty military families.
If your family is active-duty military and you’re looking for a Scouting unit to join, you don’t have to wait until the event! You can search for a local Cub Scout Pack or Scouts BSA Troop and get started today.
