The purpose of this training is to provide council- or district-approved and registered merit badge counselors with an understanding of the methods of counseling and their role in the advancement program of the Boy Scouts of America. This is a Colonial Virginia Council developed CD-based training session. Check with your District Training Chairman to obtain a copy.
