The Colonial Virginia Council
The Colonial Virginia Council, Boy Scouts of America can be traced back to 1921, and serves the cities of Emporia, Franklin, Hampton, Newport News, Poquson, Suffolk and Williamsburg, The council also serves the town of Smithfield as well as the counties of Brunswick, Gloucester, Greensville, Isle of Wight, James City, Mathews, Surry, Southampton and York.
