Directions

Conclave Registration is on-line this year: 

·         A Conclave participant will point their browser to www.sr7a.oaevent.com and select “Sign up for an Account”

·         The participant will enter an email address, personal details, select their council, create a user name and password, and click submit.

·         The participant receives email confirmation that an account is created.

·         The participant can then utilize that account to log into the system to register for Conclave.

·         Once logged in, the OAEvent system has the same look and feel as the system that was used for NOAC registrations so the process should be very familiar to those Arrowmen who registered for NOAC online.

·         After logging in, the participant will select “Register Now” to complete the online registration and select pre-order items.

·         The participant will be instructed to print a transmittal form which totals all monies due and is then instructed to mail the transmittal form to the council service center (11721 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA 23606)  along with a medical form. The new BSA medical form must be used and is available for download on the OAEvent site. Please note that only sections A and C of the medical form are required to attend Conclave.  A doctor’s signature is not necessary for a participant to attend Conclave.

·         An e-mail confirmation of the registration is received.
